Pique todos os ingredientes, e corte a carne em cubinhos.
Na panela de pressão vamos adicionar 4 colher de óleo assim que o óleo estiver aquecido coloque a cebola mexa bem e deixe até dourar.

Em seguida acrescente o alho misture bem e deixe fritar por 1 minuto, em seguida acrecente também o tomate e o pimentão deixe por mais um minuto no fogo.

Em seguida vamos adicionar a carne na panela mexer bem e deixar dá uma fritada sempre mexendo.
 Em seguida vamos adicionar os temperos adicione o cominho, colorau, sal, coentro e a salsa em seguida misture tudo.

Em seguida coloque 600ml de água misture bem, e deixe no fogo na panela de pressão por 20 minutos.

Passado o tempo de 20 minutos tire a pressão e adicione as batatinha e deixe cozinhar por mais 5 minutos sem pressão.
