Tempere a carne com sal e pimenta alho, reserve e deixe marinando por uns 10 minutos 

Season the meat with salt and pepper, set aside and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Em uma panela de pressão adicione a cebola e o alho deixe dourar bem , acrescente a carne sele a carne de todos os lados cubra com água e adicione o knor , sal pimenta a folha de louro e deixe lá por 25 minutos em fogo médio

In a pressure cooker, add the onion and garlic and let it brown well, add the meat, seal the meat on all sides, cover with water and add the knor, salt, pepper, the bay leaf and leave it there for 25 minutes on medium heat.

Abra e vê se a carne está desmanchando se sim está pronta.  

Open it and see if the meat is falling apart, if so it's ready.
