- Piece of chuck steak, cut into large cubes1 pound
- Sazon Red Seasoning Sachets2 unit(s)
- Teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon
- Minced Garlic Cloves1 pint
- Cup of dark beer (tea)1 cup
- Tablespoon of oil1 tablespoon
- Cup of water (tea)1 teaspoon
- Potatoes, peeled and halved400 g
- In a large bowl, place the meat and sprinkle with the SAZÓN® Seasoning, salt and garlic. Drizzle with the beer and let it soak in the fridge for 2 hours to taste.
- In a pressure cooker, add the oil and heat over high heat. Add the meat and fry for 5 minutes. Add the marinade and water, close the pan and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes after the start of the boil, or until the meat is tender. Wait for the pressure to subside, add the potato, close the pan again and let it cook on medium heat for another 5 minutes after the boil starts.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
- If you don't want to use beer, replace it with water.
