- In a pressure cooker, put the oil, add the onion, garlic and sauté well. Add the meat and fry for 5 minutes, stirring well, then add the umami seasoning powder (optional), tomato, pepper, tomato paste, carrot and then add the oregano water. Let it cook for 30 minutes counting the beginning of the boil, once the meat is cooked remove from the heat, mix the parsley and then serve with white rice.
