- Veal steaks4 unit(s)
- Sliced raw ham4 unit(s)
- Olive oil100 ml
- Clove Garlic4 unit(s)
- Dry white wine100 ml
- Blonde to taste
- Dijon Ostarda1 tablespoon
- Salt, Black Pepper to taste
- Frozen butter4 tablespoon
- In a frying pan, put the oil and let it heat up, fry the ham slices for 1 minute and set aside in a warm place.
- After seasoning the steaks, fry them in the skillet from step 1 until reaching the desired point.
- Remove the steaks from the pan, add the crushed garlic, bay leaf, mustard and white wine and let it boil until the latter evaporates.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and add the butter, stirring until it melts and the sauce turns golden.
- Place the slices of ham over the steaks and pour the sauce over the top.
- Goes well with Portuguese fries or tomato rice
