  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell1/3 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
  • Ham200 g
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Olive to taste
  • Tomatoes cut into slices2 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  1. Mix the meat, onion, garlic, green smell and set aside. Inté the form with oil.
  2. Place half of the ground beef in the roasting pan and press it with your hand. Pass the curd, put the ham until it covers the meat, put olives on top of the ham, put the tomato slices and cover with mozzarella, then cover with the other half of the meat. Toss in tomato sauce, 1 cup of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 50 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven, place the rest of the tomato, oregano, olive oil, more mozzarella and tomato sauce on top. Place in the oven for another 10 minutes.
