- Garlic to taste
- Chopped Onion to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Minced red pepper and green pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Margarine1 teaspoon
- In a pressure cooker, place the margarine and the onions and garlic (chopped and crushed)
- Add the tomato, stir well adding the salt.
- Add the suã and let it fry, then a glass of water, until the meat in the pan is covered.
- Let it cook for 20 minutes, and remove the pressure, putting the green pepper inside.
- Return to cooking and let it cook until you notice that it is very soft.
- Already cooked, put the green smell, but the chopped red pepper and let it arrive without putting pressure
- Okay, it's ready to serve with the garnish ♡
