  • Pork Filet Mignon500 g
  • Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
  • Large white onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Cherry tomato1 cup
  • Sliced paris mushroom1/2 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Yellow Mustard4 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg1 teaspoon
  • Flaxseed1 dessert spoon
  • Black Sesame1 dessert spoon
  1. Cut the meat into cubes or strips. I used the fillet, but you can use shank or tenderloin too. In a hot, dry frying pan, pass the minced meat until it begins to form a crust on both sides.
  2. Put the minced garlic and onion over the meat. Then put the tomato cut in half and the mushroom chopped into strips.
  3. Wait for the mushroom to wilt and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the cream. Season with nutmeg and mustard and mix well.
  5. Served topped with finely chopped arugula. Parsley and chives are good too. I also covered with brown flax seed and black sesame.
