Ham sausage500 g
Squeezed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
Chopped Green Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
Pepper1 unit(s)
Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
Tomato puree5 tablespoon
Medium Potato3 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Parsley1 teaspoon
Chives1 teaspoon

In a pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil, place the sausage and let it fry
Add the garlic, the onion, let it brown slightly, then put the tomato, the green pepper, the pepper, mix and let it cook
Put the tomato puree, the potato, the Bahian seasoning and the salt
Add 1 liter of boiling water and cover the pan, leave until the potato is cooked
Turn off the heat and finish with parsley and chives.
