  • Black pepper | 1 teaspoon
  • Crushed garlic | 4 unit(s)
  • Salt |  to taste
  • oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Chives |  to taste


  1. In a pan put the oil and garlic and let it brown.
  2. Add the meat and the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mix well and let it cool when it starts to fry.
  4. It drips until it's golden brown
  5. You can also add boiled potatoes if you wish.
