Picar a cebola e o tomate ( sem pele). Cortar a linguiça em rodelas
Em uma panela coloque o azeite e refogue a cebola quando estiver bem loira adicione o tomate e a linguiça.


Chop onion and tomato (skinless). Cut the sausage into rounds
In a pan put the oil and sauté the onion when it is very blonde add the tomato and sausage.


Assim que o refogado esteja bem apurado junte os condimentos e o arroz e deixe fritar por 2 a 3 minutos. Coloque a água e deixe cozer até atingir o ponto ideal 

Once the sauté is well refined, add the seasonings and rice and let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the water and let it cook until it reaches the ideal point.
