Pork ribs with barcecue sauce

  • Onion cream1/2 unit(s)
  • Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
  • Pinch of salt1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  1. RIB Season the ribs, add vinegar and half a pack of onion cream.
  2. Fry the ribs with oil or olive oil; or bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  3. GARLIC SAUCE In a frying pan, fry the garlic and add half a package of creamed onion, stir and take it to the blender and add the cream, grated cheese, black pepper and salt.
  4. Place in the fridge until hardened and serve with ribs.
