Pork rib1 unit(s)
Sweet paprika2 tablespoon
Smoked paprika2 tablespoon
Garlic granulated2 dessert spoon
BBQ1 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Aluminum Paper to taste

Season the rib with salt and pepper
Mix the paprika and pass over the rib until it has a red layer.
Sprinkle the granulated garlic, wrap in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 1h15
Remove only the top part of the aluminum foil and brush the barbecue until it is very wet, put it in the oven again for another 30 minutes.
Repeat the previous step and leave for another 15 minutes.
