  • Pork Ribs1 kg
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Crushed garlic1 to taste
  • Chopped Onion1 to taste
  • Butter or margarine1 dessert spoon
  • Cumin1 coffee spoon
  • Parsley and chives1 to taste
  • Sliced Potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Water3 cup
  1. Put the butter or margarine in the pressure cooker.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and fry until golden, lining the bottom of the pan.
  3. After that, add the meat and stir until golden.
  4. That done, put cumin and lemon and salt
  5. Stir well and add 3 cups of water and pressurize.
  6. When 5 minutes after the pressure, turn off the pan and let the ribs arrive without pressure, keep stirring until it gets dry and serve.
  7. Potatoes in slices, can be fried and then put on the platter to decorate
