  • Pork ribs (cut into small pieces)2 kg
  • Vinegar3 teaspoon
  • 1 glass of water1 unit(s)
  • Oil100 ml
  • hrosso salt1 teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary to taste
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
  • Boiling water for dripping500 ml
  1. Season the ribs with the lemon juice, the glass of water and the seasonings, leave to marinate for at least two hours.
  2. Bring to a boil with the lid on for half an hour.
  3. As soon as the water dries, add water, repeat the process until the meat is golden and tender.
  4. Serve with your favorite accompaniment.
