  • Pork rib | 1 kg
  • Cachaça (old barreiro) | 1 cup
  • Parrilla salt |  to taste
  • Rice | 1 cup
  • Garlic |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Sliced Kale Leaf |  to taste


  1. Place the pork ribs in a roasting pan, then sprinkle the ribs with the cachaça and finally with the salt. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
  2. After the rib is in the oven for 1 hour, remove the aluminum foil. If it's a good color, you can turn off the oven and keep the pan in the oven. If you want a more color, let it bake another 15 minutes without the aluminum foil.
  3. I suggest the rice with cabbage as a side dish.
  4. In a pan, sauté the garlic as usual for the rice.
  5. When the garlic is to your liking, add the kale and sauté a little.
  6. Add the washed rice and the amount of water needed for cooking.
  7. Serve the pork rib with the rice.
