- Fresh Pork Ribs1 kg
- Pepperoni Sausage150 g
- Crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- In the pressure cooker, put oil to heat up, then add the ribs and let it brown. Pour the onion, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, hot water until almost covered and put under pressure for 30min. Then, in the hot skillet, brown all sides. Finish with scent to see (optional)
- TIP: I used barbecue sauce to go with it, SUPER COMBINE! (I bought the ready-made sauce).
