- Brown sugar2 tablespoon
- Spicy Paparica1 dessert spoon
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Place all dry ingredients in a container
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or an easy-to-use bag, place the ribs and rub the seasoning all over the meat.
- Let it rest for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- Wrap the meat as if it were a wrapping and bake it on high heat for 60 minutes, open it and let it roast another 10. Serve hot
