1-In a preheated pan, put a thread of oil, add the garlic, onion and ginger and let it brown for 1 minute.
2-Add the pork ribs in small pieces.
3-Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the miso, sake, sugar and adjust the salt.
4-Let it cook for another 20 minutes on low heat.
5-Turn off, sprinkle the chives.
6-Serve next with Japanese rice to accompany
