Ingredients

  • Seasoned pork picanha cut into cubes | 1 unit(s)
  • Chopped medium onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Diced Sweet Potato | 700 g
  • Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Colorau | 1 teaspoon
  • Fine herbs | 1 teaspoon

Recipe

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil.
  2. Add meat and stuff for 3 to 5 minutes
  3. Close the pot and put it on the pressure function for 20 minutes.
  4. Open and add paprika, fine herbs, salt and cubed sweet potato. Stir and put another 10 min under pressure. Observe the point of the potato so that it is soft. Juice of an orange can be added, or a little more spices to your liking.
