  • Lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic6 unit(s)
  • Cassava cooked in water and salt, cut into sticks500 g
  • Melted butter or margarine1/2 cup
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Take the piece of pork steak (which is already seasoned) and place it on aluminum foil (inside a lined roast).
  2. Make a paste with the garlic and lemon juice and spread it over the meat.
  3. Close the foil and bake in a preheated oven on high for about 40 minutes.
  4. Remove the aluminum foil, return the picanha to the roasting pan, spread the cooked cassava on the side, drizzle the cassava pieces with margarine and sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Leave it in the oven until the meat is golden and crispy (because of the garlic).
