- Seasoned Pork Picanha1.2 kg
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic6 unit(s)
- Cassava cooked in water and salt, cut into sticks500 g
- Melted butter or margarine1/2 cup
- Oregano to taste
- Take the piece of pork steak (which is already seasoned) and place it on aluminum foil (inside a lined roast).
- Make a paste with the garlic and lemon juice and spread it over the meat.
- Close the foil and bake in a preheated oven on high for about 40 minutes.
- Remove the aluminum foil, return the picanha to the roasting pan, spread the cooked cassava on the side, drizzle the cassava pieces with margarine and sprinkle with oregano.
- Leave it in the oven until the meat is golden and crispy (because of the garlic).
