• Pork Mignon | 600 g
• Oil | 4 tablespoon
• Ginger | 1 tablespoon
• Seedless Girl's Finger Pepper | 1 unit(s)
• Onion | 1/2 unit(s)
• Clove Garlic | 4 unit(s)
• Honey | 2 tablespoon
• Apple Cider Vinegar | 1/4 cup
• Soy sauce | 1/2 cup
• Basil | 1/2 cup

Recipe

1. In a pan over high heat, add the oil, pepper, onion, ginger and minced garlic. Saute for 2 minutes, until starting to brown.
2. Add the meat in strips and sauté until browned. Add honey, soy sauce, vinegar. Sauté for 2 minutes and turn off the heat and add the basil.
