  • Diced Pork Filet Mignon350 g
  • Seasoning for pork (this one has paprika, garlic, onion, ginger, thyme, rosemary and salt - if you can't find the seasoning ready, just mix 1 teaspoon of each)1 tablespoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic (cloves)4 unit(s)
  • Diced red pepper1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter25 g
  • Pineapple1 unit(s)
  • Roasted sesame oil1 tablespoon
  • Parsley1 tablespoon
  • Roasted peanuts to finish to taste
  1. Cut the pineapple lengthwise, keeping the crown, remove the spare and chop into cubes.
  2. Cut the pork filet mignon into cubes and season with the special seasoning and olive oil.
  3. In a deep frying pan, place the meat and let it brown for five minutes.
  4. Add the chopped onion and sauté for two minutes. Add the garlic and leave for a minute.
  5. Add the red pepper and sauté for another two minutes. Add salt to taste, chopped pineapple and butter and leave for another five minutes.
  6. Add the sesame oil and finish with the parsley, turn off the heat.
  7. Place the mincemeat inside the pineapple and finish with toasted peanuts on top. Enjoy your food!
