- Diced Pork Filet Mignon350 g
- Seasoning for pork (this one has paprika, garlic, onion, ginger, thyme, rosemary and salt - if you can't find the seasoning ready, just mix 1 teaspoon of each)1 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic (cloves)4 unit(s)
- Diced red pepper1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Butter25 g
- Pineapple1 unit(s)
- Roasted sesame oil1 tablespoon
- Parsley1 tablespoon
- Roasted peanuts to finish to taste
- Cut the pineapple lengthwise, keeping the crown, remove the spare and chop into cubes.
- Cut the pork filet mignon into cubes and season with the special seasoning and olive oil.
- In a deep frying pan, place the meat and let it brown for five minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté for two minutes. Add the garlic and leave for a minute.
- Add the red pepper and sauté for another two minutes. Add salt to taste, chopped pineapple and butter and leave for another five minutes.
- Add the sesame oil and finish with the parsley, turn off the heat.
- Place the mincemeat inside the pineapple and finish with toasted peanuts on top. Enjoy your food!
