  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Water2 cup
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • We nutmeg1 to taste
  1. Cut the loin into cubes, set aside;
  2. In the pressure cooker, put olive oil and garlic and onion and brown a little.
  3. Add the meat and golden
  4. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix well.
  5. Add the tomato sauce and sauté for 1 min.
  6. Add the water, wick and cover the pressure pen.
  7. Leave for approximately 30 minutes or until the meat is tender. Enjoy your food!
