  • Pork loin steaks10 unit(s)
  • Orange juice1 unit(s)
  • Ketchup2 tablespoon
  • Rosemary, Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Season the loins with salt and pepper.
  2. Fry the ribs in the oil until golden brown.
  3. Reserve.
  4. SAUCE: Bring the orange juice, ketchup and rosemary to a boil.
  5. Let it boil until you get a broth.
  6. Place the loins in a refractory and pour the sauce on top.
  7. Serve immediately with white rice and salad.
