  • Pork loin (I used with skin)2 kg
  • Dry white wine150 ml
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chili Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  1. Pierce the bottom of the loin and season. Place plastic wrap over the container and leave to marinate in the fridge (the longer you marinate, the tastier it gets).
  2. Take it to the oven or airfryer for 1 hour at 160° and then at 200° until golden. If it's in the airfryer and the loin has the cover, it will crackle.
