- Pork loin (I used with skin)2 kg
- Dry white wine150 ml
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Pierce the bottom of the loin and season. Place plastic wrap over the container and leave to marinate in the fridge (the longer you marinate, the tastier it gets).
- Take it to the oven or airfryer for 1 hour at 160° and then at 200° until golden. If it's in the airfryer and the loin has the cover, it will crackle.
