I removed the meat and in the pan I put 2 onions, leek, minced garlic, salt, pepper and white wine (that was what I had opened) and sautéed. I put the meat, covered with boiling water and cooked under pressure for 45 minutes. I removed the meat and it was very tender, put it in the refractory and put it in the oven just to brown it. The potatoes I cooked in the meat cooking broth. There was farofa with bacon / eggs and banana I love this combination in farofa 😬 And also white rice 🍚 When you don't have a lot of time to roast the meat, you can try to do it this way and it's very good too. 🤔 What did you have for lunch out there?
