  • Pork loin | 1 kg
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Ready Meat Seasoning | 3 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice | 2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 1/4 cup
  • Garlic Clove | 3 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf | 2 unit(s)


  1. In a blender, place the bay leaf, onion, garlic, seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil, beat well.
  2. Make holes in the loin and pour the beaten mixture on top, spread all the seasoning well all over to fill everything. Soak for 10 hours
  3. Place the meat in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. Leave in the oven for 1h50, remove and serve
