- Start by seasoning the pork with lemon juice and salt, let it rest for at least 6 hours to get the flavor.
- In a pressure cooker, mix the ingredients with a glass of water and more lemon juice.
- Leave on pressure for about 20 minutes.
- Serve while still hot and with the sauce.
