- Pork Filet Mignon1 kg
- Pineapple2 unit(s)
- Cashew nuts50 g
- Straw Potato to taste
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- Garlic and Onion1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Saute garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Add the Pork Filet Mignon. Put salt to taste
- Cut the pineapple in half. Remove the pineapple pulp and cut into cubes. Save the peels, to assemble the dish.
- When the filet mignon is almost done, add the pineapple. Mix everything very well.
- Add the cashew nuts and mix.
- Transfer the flesh to the pineapple shells. If you want, put Sicilian lemon zest. And cover with straw potato.
