  • Pork Filet Mignon1 kg
  • Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Cassava1 kg
  • Corn (can)1 unit(s)
  • Rosemary sprig1 unit(s)
  • BBQ to taste
  1. Cut pork fillet mignon medallions
  2. Season with mustard salt and lemon and leave to marinate.
  3. Put the cassava to cook until it is very soft
  4. Place the corn in the blender and blend with the manioc until it becomes a cream.
  5. In a pan, fry the garlic in the oil and put the cream in the blender and set aside.
  6. Bake the medallions in the oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes.
  7. Assemble the plate with the cream underneath and the medallions on top
  8. Finish with barbecue and rosemary sprig
