- Pork Filet Mignon1 kg
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mustard2 tablespoon
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Cassava1 kg
- Corn (can)1 unit(s)
- Rosemary sprig1 unit(s)
- BBQ to taste
- Cut pork fillet mignon medallions
- Season with mustard salt and lemon and leave to marinate.
- Put the cassava to cook until it is very soft
- Place the corn in the blender and blend with the manioc until it becomes a cream.
- In a pan, fry the garlic in the oil and put the cream in the blender and set aside.
- Bake the medallions in the oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes.
- Assemble the plate with the cream underneath and the medallions on top
- Finish with barbecue and rosemary sprig
