Ingredients

• Sirloin Cup | 500 g
• Tomato | 2 unit(s)
• Fried garlic |  to taste
• Onion | 1/2 cup
• Green pepper | 1/2 cup
• Smoked paprika |  to taste
• Oregano |  to taste
• Salt |  to taste
• Fresh coriander |  to taste
• Olive oil | 2 tablespoon

Recipe

1. Cut the loin cup into small cubes;
2. In a pan, place the oil, onion, garlic, and loin cup, smoked paprika, oregano and salt, stir well;
3. After sautéing, add the tomato and pepper, and a little water to cook.
4. Once it is soft, let the broth dry and add the fresh cilantro.
