  • Cubed pork ribs500 g
  • 2 lemons or 1/2 cup of dry white wine to taste
  • Thinly sliced large onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced or crushed garlic cloves1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil, olive oil or lard2 tablespoon
  • Sliced Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Rice (I used white rice)2 cup
  • Hot water4 cup
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Put the ribs to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight: using garlic, onion, salt, lemon or dry white wine.
  2. In a large pan, heat the fat and place the ribs to seal on all sides. Don't keep stirring, put it on and let it gold the side to turn. If your pot isn't that big, do it like I do in 2 steps.
  3. Return everything to the pan, after sealing everything, and put all that spice from your marinade to sauté with the ribs.
  4. Sauté the onion well until the onion is caramelized: That's the SECRET of the taste of this dish! And the lemon or wine will give the recipe a special touch and acidity.
  5. Put the tomato and rice, adjust the salt and sauté well for a few minutes. Add hot water and cook with the lid ajar.
  6. Lower the heat and cover the pan at the end of cooking. Finish with green smell and don't let your rice dry completely. Enjoy it still hot! A show!
