- water1 cup
- Season the meat (I seasoned it with garlic, salt, Edu seasoning and black pepper), let it get seasoned for 2 hours.
- I put some lard in the pan and paprika, then put the meat, let it sauté well, until it starts to fry.
- I put the water and let the water dry, I covered the pan normally (I didn't put pressure) as soon as the water dried I fried it, I didn't put oil, I left it well fried.
