- Ground beef (duckling or your favorite)500 g
- Stale French bread without crust1 unit(s)
- Milk60 ml
- Small chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
- Tomato sauce500 ml
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Prepare a paste with the grated mozzarella cheese and cream cheese and set aside.
- Soak the bread in the milk for a few minutes. Add the ground beef and other seasonings and mix well.
- Separate the meat into two portions or four if you prefer smaller polpetones. Fill with the cheese paste and shape the polpetones, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Heat the tomato sauce, cover the polpetones with the sauce and finish with Parmesan cheese.
