  • Garlic6 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  • Cumin to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Water1/5 cup
  1. First step I season all my meat with just garlic and salt and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. After the rest time, in a pan add the oil and take it to the fire as soon as it starts to heat up, add the meat and fry normally until golden.
  3. After frying all the meat remove from the pan and leave only the oil. Then put all our chopped onion and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. After frying the onion, add all the meat in the pan again, always stirring, also add the tomato sauce, cumin and water, cover and leave on the fire until the water dries and our meat is ready.
