  • Chives | 1 cup
  • Lemon | 1 unit(s)


  1. Clean the pig's foot, removing all hair residue. Wash well with boiling water and lemon. Put the oil and garlic in a pressure cooker and add the pork feet, frying well. Add the rest of the ingredients except the chives. Add water to cover, hit the salt and cook until soft. sprinkle chives to taste.
