  • picanha1/5 kg
  • provolone400 g
  • bacon100 g
  • Oregano1 unit(s)
  • Coarse salt1 unit(s)
  1. Pierce the picanha diagonally, leaving 1.5 cm on the sides. Turn the tip inwards, leaving it inside out, being careful not to cut through the sides from one side to the other. Stuff with chopped provolone seasoned with oregano and bacon, also chopped. Close the openings with toothpicks. Salt with coarse salt. Place in the oven at 200ºC on a greased roast or if you prefer, take it to the barbecue. Let it bake to your liking, turning every 15 minutes.
