Corte a picanha ,em bifes de 200g grama em uma chapa bem quente ponha picanha 1,5 de lado e 1,5 do.outro 

Cut the picanha, into 200g gram steaks on a very hot plate, put 1.5 on one side and 1.5 on the other.

Em seguida ponha uma chapa pra aquecer onde será servida está picanha

Coloque os bifes na chapa em seguida passar a manteiga de alho ,sobre a carne ponha alecrim pra aromatizar e só se encantar com sabor beleza aroma e textura
