  • 1 finger thick steaks or cubes (I used soft drumstick)1 kg
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic Head1 unit(s)
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Hot water2 cup
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper (optional) to taste
  1. Start by seasoning the meat with salt and pepper. Put the pressure cooker to heat with oil. Put the meat in the hot oil and do not stir, let it seal and form a crust (meat color and flavor).
  2. Stir and seal on all sides until golden brown. Book, remove the meat from the pan, and put garlic and onion to brown in the same pressure cooker.
  3. Add pepperoni, carrots and bell pepper. Stir and let it cook for 5 minutes. Put the meat, paprika, hot water and stir. Put it on to get pressure and count 15 min. Turn off the fire, remove the pressure and finish with green smell.
  4. Ready! Serve accompanied with fresh rice and the sauce over the meat that is super soft and tasty!
