- Tomato sauce200 ml
- Mozzarella20 g
- Provolone20 g
- Fresh Parmesan20 g
- Gorgonzola20 g
- Oil200 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Season the meat or chicken with salt and black pepper and dip in beaten egg.
- Dip in breadcrumbs.
- Fry by immersing yourself in hot oil and draining on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Prepare a quick tomato sauce (recipe already published).
- Place the milanesa on a platter and pour the sauce over it. Cover everything with the cheeses.
- Bake at 250°C for 10 minutes.
