  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Tomato sauce200 ml
  • Mozzarella20 g
  • Provolone20 g
  • Fresh Parmesan20 g
  • Gorgonzola20 g
  • Oil200 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Season the meat or chicken with salt and black pepper and dip in beaten egg.
  2. Dip in breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry by immersing yourself in hot oil and draining on a plate lined with paper towels.
  4. Prepare a quick tomato sauce (recipe already published).
  5. Place the milanesa on a platter and pour the sauce over it. Cover everything with the cheeses.
  6. Bake at 250°C for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
