  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Oil or Olive Oil150 ml
  • Water150 ml
  • 1 rib broth1 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Muido Seasoning (Salt, Black Pepper and 2 Cloves of Garlic)1 teaspoon
  1. Season the meat with the very seasoning; In a pressure cooker add the oil and let it heat up well, then place the meat to sear on all sides;
  2. Then add the onion and let it cool;
  3. Add the water and rib broth and let it cook under pressure for 30 minutes;
  4. Turn off the fire and put the green smell!! Enjoy your food !!
