  • 500g ground beef 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic 150g stale bread flour Black pepper August Salt to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil 300g mozzarella 1 cottage cheese Green smell to taste Wheat flour Breadcrumbs 4 eggs500 g
  1. Mix the onion, garlic, stale bread flour, salt, black pepper and the oil all in the ground meat mix well. In a container place the mozzarella, cottage cheese and chopped green smell, mix well. Now make a bed in the meat hand and put the mozzarella filling, close it well. Then pass in wheat flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. And fry in hot oil until golden. Then in a refractory put the tomato sauce and on top put the meat on top of the sauce. Put a little more sauce on top of the meat and some cheese to brown. Leave it in the oven for 5 minutes and it's ready...
