  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chili1/4 to taste
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Spices (Paprika, Coloral, Salt, Pepper, Coriander)0 to taste
  1. I took the oxtail with water and a few drops of vinegar to boil, when it boils all the water can drain.
  2. I seasoned with: Garlic Tomato Onion Pepper Paprika color season Salt and black pepper to taste
  3. Stir over medium heat until golden (do not burn)
  4. Add water to cover the oxtail and take it under pressure for 20 minutes.
  5. Carefully open the pan and place the cassava.
  6. I left another 5 minutes on the pressure.
  7. Finished with cilantro.
  8. It is very juicy and delicious, with that white rice.
