  • Sliced ​​oxtail1 kg
  • Tomato paste3 tablespoon
  • Boiling water2 l
  • Oil5 tablespoon
  • Chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped garlic cloves6 unit(s)
  • Seedless chili pepper1 unit(s)
  • Potato, roughly chopped5 unit(s)
  • Watercress leaves1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and fry the oxtail. Reserve.
  2. Fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and chopped chili pepper to the stew and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the tomato paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. Return the oxtail to the pan and cover with boiling water.
  6. Add the seasonings to taste, minus the green smell. Mix.
  7. Cover the pan. When pressure reaches, reduce heat to low and cook for 40 minutes.
  8. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release on its own.
  9. Add the potato and let it cook until it softens.
  10. Finally add the watercress and mix. Adjust the salt if necessary. Cover with green scent.
  11. Enjoy!
