Start by seasoning the ribs with garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, paprika and Sazón or the seasoning of your choice.
Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour
Grease the mold with a little oil and add the meat.
Bake in the oven covered with aluminum foil for about 1 hour and 30 to 200 degrees.
Remove the aluminum foil, check if it is roasted and put it in the oven again to brown it.
Remove from oven and serve
