- Pork rump steak1500 g
- Potato đ„ pepperoni1 kg
- Red Bell Pepper1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt2 dessert spoon
- Pounded Garlic6 unit(s)
- Lemon Juice2 unit(s)
- Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
- Lemon pepper1 teaspoon
- Rosemary to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil50 ml
- Let's season the meat, pass the knife in the fat of the meat making shallow cuts only in the squared fat
- Let's mix all the seasonings and put it in this well-mixed meat let it rest in that seasoning for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Wash the potatoes and season with salt, black pepper and paprika and olive oil.
- On a tray, place the meat in the middle and the potatoes around the seasoning of the meat including the onion and peppers, throw it on top and take it to the preheated oven for 1 hour, covered with aluminum foil.
- Remove the foil and return to the oven until the meat is browned.
